A Mindful Approach to Developing a Harmonious Sexual Relationship
Strengthen your sexual relationship in marriage with mindfulness.
Being mindful isn’t just for those stressful moments at work or when your kids are fighting yet again; it can also strengthen and enhance your sexual relationship within marriage.
In our course — A Mindful Approach to Developing a Harmonious Sexual Relationship — you’ll explore the role of mindfulness in sexual relationships from a scientific and faith-based perspective.
While gaining mindfulness skills isn’t always intuitive, these once-a-week classes that span six weeks will help you keep your marriage moving forward by learning how to implement mindful activities that deepen connection and meaning within the sexual experience.
“We learned to communicate more openly about our intimate relationship in a way that has improved our emotional and spiritual connectedness. There is greater harmony in our marriage because of it.” —Past attendee
